Toot, I just used that sentence in a comment not 5 minutes ago. And yes! I was in south MS when that was happening in New Orleans. For the record, I never saw or heard that cops, or anyone else, were doing this in Mississippi or in the Parishs outside of the city limits of New Orleans. Forced entry robberies went up after these actions were carried out. Yes. I know this because I have family and friends through out the region. And again, yes. They are armed. And many of them are cops and EMS.
