Big difference! John Kerry was a flip flopper with an obnoxious, elitist wife and...and...never mind!

Now Obama appears to be poised on the edge of the biggest flip-flop of them all.  Obama has been adamant in his descriptions of Iraq as a failure we should retreat from as soon as possible.  Now things in Iraq appear to be going quite well, and he’s about to go on a tour of the country during which he’ll be unable to deny this success, so what will happen?  Will Obama do a reverse-Kerry and say that he was against the war before he was for it?

Obama has a history of supporting the war. Indeed, until he ran for President, he had never voted against the war. Looking at his record, he voted against timetables and voting for funding until he announced his candidacy. Clinton called it right when he said Barack’s narrative that he was always against the war was a fairytale. His stance on the war is a constant flip flop:

“I claimed to be against the war, yet I constantly funded it and opposed time tables. I ran on being anti-war, yet admitted I had no clue on how I would’ve voted if I’d been there when the bill came to a vote. Everything about me is a massive lie!”
