So, I can shoot someone in the face during a crime and do 5 years. Have sex with them, instead, during the crime and do life. Got to be A Democrat involved in this somewhere.

the funny thing is that the prosecutor that brought this case was soon forced to confess to having and extramerital affair, i.e the crime of adultry…

Well as a woman from Michigan, who is currently going through a divorce where the cause of it was his 20 year old girlfriend(he’s 31), who he moved into my house while I am out of state working, with my children- I agree in part with the law. My husband has been cheating on me from his own admission for about 5 years-(yes,with the same girl)- you do the math.
And yes, I do think he should be held accountable for his actions but, life in prison? I’m hurt but, that’s a little much. I think a year or two would be an ample amount of time.
