The Democrat Party forced the change in strategy by Bush by saying we were losing the war, which new strategy was the Surge, and they deserve full credit for any and all military victories there.
Because Obama threatened to cut-and-run, Bush had to react and thus the surge and so Obama led us to victory even before he became Commander-In-Chief.
Iraq was a mistake, Bush lied and people died and Obama and the Democrats saved our ass. Bush lost the war, the Democrats brought us to victory!
