You lose 2-1 with a full court press by the newspaper and the TV stations the newspaper owns.

So obviously you blame the voters.

Did the owner of the Forum expect to benefit from more economic development.  After all part of the family empire benefits from that kind of thing.

Maybe the should try a 100% tax on advertising next time. That would pay for a lot if “economic development!” LOL!

Nothing more than a ‘screed’ as you stated. Nothing but anger and vitriol at voters for not “investing in the future”.

Funny thing about that investing idea; doesn’t keeping your money in your pocket and not giving it way, and giving away your neighbors money, invest in that future, by ensuring you have that money to use?

Again the Fargo Forum demonstrates how it sees the citizens of North Dakota as brash, foolish, and in desperate need of government to take care of them!

What happened to the spirit of the previous generations that taught self reliance and common sense?
