One small problem, Pilgrim: You misspelled wiener! Heh.

Do people sit around all day waiting for someone to say something that offends them? I know it’s just politics, but it’s half the reason that so many choose not to participate. And Franken’s people should have just “it was satire” and left it at that. Trying to frame Coleman as a hypocrite to the people is just retarded when you yourself love the thought of raising taxes, but don’t pay them yourself.

Proof….
Calling him a big fat weiner is probably giving him WAY too much credit - on a number of levels.
Heh.

Always liked Al. Further, he is a bright guy. Franken’s second book, Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot and Other Observations spent over eight months on The New York Times bestseller list and was number one for five weeks.
Also, according to some polls(University of Minnesota) he is ahead of Coleman.

Now THAT’S funny!
So the guy had a bad accountant. They found the discrepancy and Franken is going to pay. Big deal.

Good call, the Leona Helmsley defense.

Hypocrite.

Yeah, but the “bad accountant” excuse didn’t work for Enron, did it? Like Hoss said: hypocrite!
