can you imagine the ‘end of the world’, ‘the sky is falling’ crap we would be hearing from the left if we had the third hottest October?

For the nation as a whole, it was the third coolest October on record. The month was marked by an active weather pattern that reinforced unseasonably cold air behind a series of cold fronts. Temperatures were below normal in eight of the nation’s nine climate regions, and of the nine, five were much below normal. Only the Southeast climate region had near normal temperatures for October.

The U.S. recorded its wettest October in the 115-year period of record. The nationwide precipitation of 4.15 inches was nearly double the long-term average of 2.11 inches.

And still they will go on about global warming and climate change because the media WILL NOT provide the counterpoint of verifiable scientific facts and reasoning. ONLY the unsubstantiated and unprovable claims of an entirely prejudicial and emotional nature that there is some consensus. A consensus not defined because the numbers, identities, and credentials of those being claimed to be in consensus are studiously obscured BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EXIST.

Sadly, the fault is that of the species. Humans believe as truth things they hear in passing and discount things told to them directly. A lie is repeated often enough for people to incorporate it into their picture of the world so many times it becomes the same as the sun rising in the east. Not something they know because of reasoning it out for themselves, but something they’ve uncritically attached the label of truth to due to overwhelming exposure without comparable dissent to the contrary.
