I’m in favor of that actually. There are ND farmers that think they would be able to make money growing hemp for making ropes. (Not for the medicinal purposes).

They can’t do it because of the federal government even though they would grow a variety that is no use to potheads.

I’m also in favor of deescalating the drug war by legalizing Pot.
