I saw Dorgan at a Knife River ceremony back in the early 90s. It was blowing 40 miles an hour. Conrad's hair was blowing wildly, if thinly, but Dorgan's stuck to his skull as if it were shellacked on....which it was, more or less.
I would pay good money for video of that.
