When the big Huckabee buzz went around I was wondering what the deal was. Quite simply, he’s less conservative than Hillary…

Who, among the leading candidates, has lead the most conservative life?

I’ll give you some clues:

1. Well-educated.
2. Graduated top 5% of his class from Harvard with double major MBA/Law.
3. Married to same woman for almost 40 years.
4. Not even a hint of infidelity when he could have literally had anyone he wanted whenever he wanted them.
5. Clearly and dearly loves his wife.
6. Raised 5 strong sons and not a drug addict or criminal among them.
7. World-remowned business leader.
8. Supply-sider.
9. Trickle-downer.
10. Tax cutter.
11. Budget balancer.
12. God-fearing.
13. Christ believing.
14. Non-cussing.
15. Non-smoking.
16. In incredible shape for his age.
17. Fearless, bold leader.

Who am I talking about?  Pick one:

1) Fred Thompson?
2) Rudy Giuliana?
3) John McCain?
4) Mitt Romney?

And as a Conservative, who will YOU be voting for?

12. God-fearing.
13. Christ believing.

This agnostic doesn’t care about such things. I would only care if his “God-fearing” equaled “Allah-fearing” or some other such demon God.

15. Non-smoking.

Let me ponder this one as I smoke my Newport.

16. In incredible shape for his age.

That’s nice, but it’s hardly a “conservative” value.

Who am I talking about?  Pick one:

1) Fred Thompson?
2) Rudy Giuliana?
3) John McCain?
4) Mitt Romney?

Trick question. The answer is non of them fill into all of the requirements that you laid out.

And as a Conservative, who will YOU be voting for?

Give us time. The election is not for over a year out. We don’t have to decide today.

Btw Bill Mitchell - don’t try to run any jive past this crowd. They’ll call out your RomneyCare quicker than you can again claim that Mitt is “Supply-sider”, “Trickle-downer”, and “Budget balancer”. Who do you think you’re kidding here, huh?

Hey, don’t despair. At least socialist Mitt has “Fearless, bold leader” under his resume, right? That should count for something. Not sure what considering that he is trying the same old failed idea and should have known better, but let’s not quibble over recent history.

And as a Conservative, who will YOU be voting for?

Sure as hell not Mitt Romney or Mike Huckabee.
