White House Communications Chief And Noted Maoist Anita Dunn To Step Down

But she’ll remain as an “adviser” to the President. Which means that she’ll pretty much be doing what she was doing before, and this shuffling is just a bit of political theater aimed at taking out of the public limelight where her attacks on Fox News and her comments about Chairman Mao have been what Obama is undoubtedly describing as a “distraction.”

WASHINGTON – The White House’s top communications aide is stepping down at the end of the month and will be replaced by her deputy.
White House officials say Anita Dunn will leave her West Wing office but remain an adviser to President Barack Obama. Dan Pfeiffer will become communications director for the White House.
The officials described the move on the condition of anonymity because the announcement had not been made.

This is really a commentary on the utter failure of Dunn’s Fox News strategy. Remember that it was Dunn’s comments citing Fox News as a “wing of the Republican party” that kicked off that controversy a month ago. Since then the Obama administration has also tried to freeze Fox News out of the White House, even ordering other journalists not to cooperate with Fox, and it has failed miserably. Fox’s ratings are higher than ever, and the Obama administration has come under fire (and rightfully so) for being a bunch of thugs.
So Dunn gets shuffled behind the scenes and someone else comes to the front.

The commies in this administration attack Fox because it exposes them for what they are, as opposed to the MSM, which acts as the administration Ministry of Propaganda.
Lefties can’t survive without propaganda. The facts never support their ideology.

fox news rules. the other stuff is for dummies. i like to hear both sides to make sure that i am on the right side.
most people that don’t watch fox are really misinformed and ilinformed. i like a good debate.

i also like the fact that i can watch what i want to. that is called freedom.

Somebody go get another body bag from Barrys closet. “The wheels on the bus go round and round…”

Being denied access to this admin is a gift that keeps on giving, mr. handjob.

Yeah right Rob…you always have the uncanny ability to read something that is very clear, and then make up your own sh@t.

Nobody from this administration is going to be giving Fox News any interviews or appearances anytime soon. Thus, putting your wishful thinking in its proper place.

To be fair, even Glenn Beck pointed out that buried deep in the WAPO or somewhere similar there was a very small article about how she planned to leave in a few months anyway. It was funny that it came out just after the Mao video being played but it is there…

Its OK, her husband, Barri’s close personal friend, has stepped up to fill the gap. Probably his idea for Barri to do this!

Shouldn’t you be criticizing President Obama for going to Texas pretty soon. I wouldn’t want you to miss an opportunity. Also, I saw him get into a black limo, you should get him for that too.

  • TheTodd

It’s not the White House’s job to counteract alleged spin and media bias. I’m glad she’s gone.

  • lock’m'up

She spoke the truth about Fox. But it was unnecessary, because everyone knew the truth about Fox “news”. She started a fight with a television and radio network known for spin, of course they had the time and resources to counter attack. Not too smart.
