Where’s The Outrage Over New York Primary Votes?

There’s certainly not any coming from the media despite clear problems with the voting.

I’m sure you’ve noticed stories like this one, in which some areas in New York City appear to have grossly undercounted votes for Barack Obama on Super Tuesday primary night.  The New York Times reported finding 80 election districts in the city, some in Harlem, in which “Mr. Obama supposedly did not receive even one vote, including cases where he ran a respectable race in a nearby district.”  Recounts revealed that Obama had, in fact, received lots of votes.

So where are the cries of disenfranchisement, or at least attempted disenfranchisement?  Where are the conspiracy theories?  The outrage?

There’d be outrage if this had happened in a Republican primary.

I fully concur with your statement.Even the New York Times article reporting the Obama primary vote under count was relegated to the Metro Section rather than front page.

To his credit,Rev. Al Sharpton broached the issue on a recent edition of Kiss FM radio’s popular Open Line Talk Show. Sharpton suggests that a federal investigation may be in order. Yet other powerful voices have been mute on this troublesome issue.
