The caption contest I did over Memorial Day weekend worked so well I thought I'd do it again, though it will be a little different this time.

Entries will be accepted until Sunday evening at which time I will announce the winners. First place will get a free, 1-week ad. Feel free to submit as many captions as you want.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong.
