Of course, it seems to me that there plenty of public school graduates who are every bit as demented as home schooled kids (her comments start at about 6:10).

Maybe she meant “champions” instead of “demented.”
Regardless, for liberals – who like to talk about choice when the topic is whether or not women should be allowed to murder their unborn children – to oppose choice when it comes to how children should be educated is unbelievable. Aside from clothing, shelter and sustenance what other more important duty is there for parents than to have a say in their child’s education? Forcing parents who can’t afford to opt-out of the public school system to send their kids to whatever public schools is geographically closest to them isn’t acceptable any more.
American students are falling behind, and the problem lays with out education system and its lack of choice.

Her idea of demented is they have not been taught by a liberal teacher . and as far as watching television I quit doing that 20 years ago except to see what the enemy is up to from time to time .

Home schooled children are usually competitors and winners in the national spelling bee’s. They make good politicians who can articulate like no other. They score higher than the mainstream public school students on standardized tests. These are facts. What part of this is demented. Most children being schooled at home come from a functional family rather than a dysfunctional family Joy was raised in.

And I’ll be honest; as a homeschooling dad, there are certain things I want for my kids that might seem “demented” to those who love the government schools. I’d like them to be able to read, process an argument logically, and express their opinions without sounding like a blowhard on ABC or a truck driver.

Yup…The View is another program that I refuse to watch anymore, then again…nothing on ABC is worth watching, nor CBS, NBC and a host of others. I must admit, Joy B is over the top. Really, they all are, hateful mean women. We don’t need them. No one does. Toxic programing. Makes women think they can act like that. No ladies, those women.

I think everyone knows my feeling on the the Hormonal Harpies. Joy and Sherri have i.q.’s below room temp., Whoopi and Elisabeth have some on and off sense, Barbara is not intelligent, but she is well-informed. I would have to physically harm Joy if I had to sit by her longer than 5 min. I had forgotten Barbara was shacking up with Alan Greenspan for all those years.
