I was not briefed on what was in that briefing; I was just informed that the briefing had taken place.”

    Personally I am surprised the media hasn’t given her a pass.

    For once I think the media did a good job. I think that they all see a huge story and it’s more important for the time being than their liberal ideology. They smell blood in the water and like sharks will not let it go. Hopefully they will keep this up.

    Pelosi’s problem is that as a liberal Democrat she’s so accustomed to lying and getting away with it that when she is finally called to account for one of her lies, she gets flustered and doesn’t know how to react.

    Since this story is not possibly linked to Obama, I have a feeling the media’s ‘tingly leg’ sensationalism doesn’t transfer to Pelosi and others.

    For eight years all I heard was how dumb and stupid GWB was; a bumper sticker proclaimed “A Village in Texas is missing its Idiot; he wasn’t a bush, he was a shrub; he had no intelligence, etc. On the evening of her swearing in as Speaker, ABC’s Charlie Gibson proclaimed how intelligent, capable and smart Nancy P. was, how in control she was, etc.

    If this is true, someone please help me understand this: if Nancy P. was so smart, intelligent and capable, how did a dunce like Bush mislead her? Unless, just maybe, Nancy is dumber than the “shrub”; do you think it is possible? I think many of us knew this all along, but will the MSM wake up?
