US Secretary of State: Pirates are Criminals!
You know like shoplifters or people that cheat on their taxes:
“These people are nothing more than criminals,” Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told reporters in Washington today.
Well if one thing I’ve learned from liberalism over the years is to NOT blame the criminals. After all if someone’s a criminal it’s not their fault. No it’s society’s fault. And by this I don’t mean Islamic Society, no it must be our fault.
But not to worry, Hilldog’s got a plan.
“We are deeply concerned and we are following it very closely,” Clinton told reporters.
“Specifically, we are now focused on this particular act of piracy and the seizure of the ship that carries 21 American citizens. More generally, we think the world must come together to end the scourge of piracy,” she added.
Yeah that should solve it. As soon as the whole world gets together and sings that Coca-Cola song together the whole problem will just go away.
I’m sure glad that we’re past the idea that we can just send Steven Decatutr over there to kick their butts so they leave us alone. Now we’ll just see that the pirates get a more nurturing home life and things will be better.
