You know how those on the left like to compare religious conservatives to the Taliban? Oh, yes! With much glee, so called “progressives” cluck their tongues at how anyone could be so gauche! Well, it turns out that the party in bed with the Taliban is…the Democrats!

Top Obama donor and fundraiser Jodie Evans met with the Taliban in Afghanistan on a recent trip there, according to a report by Jane Fonda of a discussion she had with Evans last month. The meeting with the Taliban took place just weeks before Evans was videotaped directly handing to President Barack Obama a package of information about her trip to Afghanistan at a high dollar fundraiser in San Francisco.

The fact that Jodie Evans is a Code Pink whackadoo, who stormed the stage at a Sarah Palin rally completes her credentials as a genuine, Left Wing progressive. The fact that she raised oodles of cash for clunker Obama, makes her a proud Democrat. Go figure!

    Y'all are forgetting that the Taliban was being hosted in Texas by UNOCAL, ENRON, and Haliburton, Texas and the US. They were the darlings of America prior to 9/11.

    Hamid Karzai and Zalmay Khalilzad (first post 9/11 ambassador to Afghanistan) both Pashtuns, were for the Taliban before they were against it. Both were consultants to US oil interests prior to the war. TAP (Trans Afghanistan Pipeline) was the project and it still is.
