The Recovery.gov Website With All The Inaccurate “Stimulus” Figures Cost You $9.5 Million
Over the last few days there have been a lot of news stories about inaccurate “stimulus” figures. Inflated “jobs created or saved” numbers. Tens of millions spent on non-nonsensical things like subsidizing the manufacture of peanut butter. Stimulus money spent in fictional congressional districts.
Well, it’s interesting to note that all this bogus and confusing information is coming from Recovery.gov. That’s a transparency website set up by the Obama administration to track the “stimulus” spending.
And how much did you pay for this wonderful website with all the bad information? $9.5 million. And perhaps as much as another $18 million over the next five years.
But hey, let’s totally put these idiots in charge of making our health care more efficient for us.
