Facing an enormous budget crisis, California will fund their universal health care policy and cut education spending here by almost 5 billion dollars.

We are 46th in spending per student, at $1,900 each, and to keep this health care crap afloat, not diminishing it by a dime, they will cut per student funding to $1,100 per student. The potential is a layoff of over 107,000 teachers, laying off over 137,000 bus drivers, janitors, maintenance workers and others. This will increase class sizes by 35%.

I like getting our priorites right, don’t you?

No matter the age or state of health, for a military man it is always glorious to tilt at windmills, rescue a fair Dulcinea and be a gallant knight in armor in a glorious cause.

The facts don’t matter. It IS desirable, it IS compassionate and it IS coming. No dissent will be allowed. As Senator Rockefeller said during the push to get Hillarycare in 1993. “The American people are going to get universal healthcare if we have to stuff it down their throats.”

Many politicians, on all sides of the aisle, have said repeatedly that universal healthcare IS coming to America. BOHICA indeed.
