The Nature Of The Fight

Hillary, at the Democrat debate tonight, said something along the lines of “we have to fight for universal health care” in response to one of the questions.
It got me to thinking. Who exactly are Hillary and the liberals fighting when they “fight for universal health care?” People who want to pay their own medical bills and not anyone else’s?
And who are they fighting for? People who don’t want to pay their own medical bills?
Why is that such a noble endeavor?
