The Bomb That Fell on Pearl Harbor

From his own lips and You Tube site!

Cross Posted at Proof Positive

By the way: His sign says “Judgment to lead”. The old alchemists sought to “change” lead to gold. Apparently, it works the other way with Obama!

I am sorry, but, IMO, this is much ado about absolutely nothing! It is very easy, even in a perfectly written speech to stumble over a word or phrase and being so caught up in where the speech is intended to go to not notice such a tiny mistake. Having made many public speeches before large groups, using written notes or a prepared speech, I have never gotten through without at least one mistake of this kind.

Bush has made too many such mistakes to make a BFD out of this tiny mistake by Lord Barak. Osamabama has made so many mistakes and flip-flops and demonstrations of true ignorance to waste much time on the absence of a freaking “s.”

This guy’s ignorance is monumental.  I’m sure that he’d just claim to have erred in a moment of speaking “inartfully”, but with gaffe after gaffe, don’t we have to question his intelligence?  God knows that’s what the left has been doing for years with President Bush.

I am both angry and sad that a large portion of America is seriously considering electing this buffoon as president of the most powerful nation on the face of the planet.

On the contrary, Neiman.
The only valid experience & the only expertise obama had left, after all of his fibs have been exposed, was his oratory skills.
His faint-inducing speeches.

RebTex on July 18, 2008 at 11:24 am

What is most terrifying is that this man actually could be our next President. Yikes! This man does not understand the dangers that confront us today OR in the future. He is a racist, socialist, power mad, partisan politician who will say anything to get votes.

In the long term, perhaps so, but you have to savor the irony that for the last eight years liberals have been pouncing on every verbal misstep that Bush has ever uttered and tried to make it into something more, and here they are being hoist by their own petard!

(And IMHO, on a more appropriately empty suit!)

I don’t totally disagree with you Proof, I was limiting my opinion to this one misquote, I am charitably assuming it was an innocent lapse in pronunciation; while if you recall I said, “ Osamabama has made so many mistakes and flip-flops and demonstrations of true ignorance to waste much time on the absence of a freaking “s.”

Sometimes, if we cry too often about every little misstep, people begin to tune out the real facts about Obama being so unqualified fro POTUS!

I am charitably assuming it was an innocent lapse in pronunciation;

From the stentorian tones, I believe that whether it was a typo or the ignorance of his speechwriter, Obama was reading the speech exactly as it was written. And he either didn’t have the mental acuity to make the correction as he spoke, or he was blissfully unaware of the difference.

Boob, Bush isn’t remotely close to Hitler.  But Che Guevera was.

Both men were racists who believed in totalitarianism.  Hitler was more notorious, but then Che was struck down before he had a chance to really rack up a body count.

Taking emotion out of it completely, it’s pure, cold hard logic that says
that this trade wasn’t equal. Logic would dictate that he would be sent
back in the same condition that Israel received their soldiers.

Two of the soldiers returned dead. That isn’t equal in my opinion.

Lord, do you ever tire of the mindless arguments from the 3rd grade mentality?

Robert and Kenny are from the same cloth man.  Their responses are LITERALLY reduced to, I am right, you are wrong.  Pathetic.

Here Kenny, here is some idiots who make an argument, that dispute your claim.  Now go ahead and make a counter argument about why Che is valid, and prove to us that you are the moron we know you are.

http://www.dissidentvoice.org/Articles3/Jayne_Hitler-Bush.htm

Like Hitler, President Bush was not elected by a majority, but was forced to engage in political maneuvering in order to gain office.

Like Hitler, Bush began to curtail civil liberties in response to a well-publicized disaster, in Hitler’s case the Reichstag fire, in Bush’s case the 9-11 catastrophe.

Like Hitler, Bush went on to pursue a reckless foreign policy without the mandate of the electorate and despite the opposition of most foreign nations.

Like Hitler, Bush has increased his popularity with conservative voters by mounting an aggressive public relations campaign against foreign enemies.  Just as Hitler cited international communism to justify Germany’s military buildup, Bush has used Al Qaeda and the so-called Axis of Evil to justify our current military buildup.  Paradoxically none of the nations in this axis--Iraq, Iran and North Korea--have had anything to do with each other.

Like Hitler, Bush has promoted militarism in the midst of economic recession (or depression as it was called during the thirties).  First he used war preparations to help subsidize defense industries (Halliburton, Bechtel, Carlyle Group, etc.) and presumably the rest of the economy on a trickle-down basis.  Now he turns to the very same corporations to rebuild Iraq, again without competitive bidding and at extravagant profit levels.

Like Hitler, Bush displays great populist enthusiasm in his patriotic speeches, but primarily serves wealthy investors who subsidize his election campaigns and share with him their comfortable lifestyle.  As he himself jokes, he treats these individuals at the pinnacle of our economy as his true political “base.”

Like Hitler, Bush envisages our nation’s unique historic destiny almost as a religious cause sanctioned by God.  Just as Hitler did for Germany, he takes pride in his “providential” role in spreading his version of Americanism throughout the entire world.

Like Hitler, Bush promotes a future world order that guarantees his own nation’s hegemonic supremacy rather than cooperative harmony under the authority of the United Nations (or League of Nations).

Like Hitler, Bush quickly makes and breaks diplomatic ties, and he offers generous promises that he soon abandons, as in the cases of Mexico, Russia, Afghanistan, and even New York City.  The same goes for U.S. domestic programs.  Once Bush was elected, many leaders of these programs learned to dread his making any kind of an appearance to praise their success, since this was almost inevitably followed by severe cuts in their budgets.

For the record, and because the idiots on this site need it, I do not agree with the idiots who make the comparison between Bush and Hilter, but I am using this example to demonstrate that any idiot can make comparisons that they believe are accurate, to Hitler.  Much as Kenny is doing.

Bush won a majority of votes in the electoral college. (For all you Hawaiian third grade drop outs, that the system we have to elect the President in this country!)

Hitler murdered people.
Che murdered people.
Bush murdered no one.

after posting the lengthy comparison of idiocy that no rational human being would believe.
