The Most Biased Associated Press Article You’ll Read All Day

Reading this article about the House rejecting a budget that was the product President Obama’s so-called “deficit commission,” choosing instead to pass the budget produced by Rep. Paul Ryan’s Budget Committee, it’s hard to tell if the author is an objective journalist or a Democrat congressional staffer:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The House has voted to decisively reject a bipartisan budget mixing tax increases with spending cuts to wring $4 trillion from federal deficits over the coming decade.

The 382-38 roll call paved the way for Republicans to muscle through their own, stringent budget on Thursday that blends big cuts to safety-net programs for the poor with a plan to dramatically overhaul Medicare.

Or, in other words, the Republican meanies kicked poor people in the teeth because they don’t want to raise taxes on the 1%.

This, apparently, is what passes for “journalism.”
