I saw this on TV last night. At first, I thought it was an Obama campaign commercial, but it appears to be an old PSA (public service announcement) for Step Forward. Someone apparently thought it would be a good idea to run this multiple times, in prime time, as a sort of “contribution in kind” to the Obama campaign.

One thing that would have be changed had they remade this PSA recently, is the empty chiar about 20 seconds in.
