Teleprompters are the White Man’s conspiracy to keep the blacks down. This was definitely the work of some racist saboteur. Who did it? I would like to take credit for this but it wasn’t me. Maybe it was Senator McCain. Or Timothy McVeigh.

Reagan made full use of teleprompters. Index cards are no different than a teleprompter. They’re for dim bulbs whose eyes won’t focus like bush. Or people who still use carbon paper. LOL

Obama does fine off the cuff, as well as anyone else if not better. His performance in the debates was superb. No one makes major public addresses without assistance of some kind.
