Supreme Court Refuses To Hear Berg Lawsuit On Obama Citizenship

And the man sounds just a little bit bitter about it:

Berg said, “I am disappointed for the 300+ million U.S. citizens, our ‘Forefathers’ and for the tens of thousands that have died defending ‘our’ Constitution.
I am committed to keep our efforts going to continue litigation until the truth of Obama being ‘not qualified’ for President comes out. The Obama candidacy is the biggest ‘HOAX’ ever to be put forth to the citizens of the United States in 230 years.

Frankly, I look forward to seeing this particular conspiracy theory put to bed. Though I expect that, much like the 9/11 truth conspiracies (which Mr. Berg is also a proponent of), this one will live on as the true believers refuse to grasp the truth and move on.
But like all good conspiracy theorists, when confronted with reality they simply expand the conspiracy and keep going.

Oh, and when it’s spoken, it’s a contraction: “could’ve”, short for “could have”.

But, then you lefties have trouble with your “shorts” don’t you? (I mean, they’ve been twisted in knots for eight years! ) Heh.

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

When did you stop beating your wife?

Haven’t. I beat her at chess. I beat her at Trivial Pursuit, Spades Hearts and Pinochle. Most days, I beat her up in the morning, too! Heh.

On one hand, I can’t imagine any sane mother choosing to have her child in Kenya instead of the U.S., especially in the sixties. I also know there’s a newspaper announcement of the birth. That said, the President-elect still has yet to produce the vault copy of his birth certificate. Is that really too darned much to ask? It’s not like any sane person is going to blame Mr. Obama for something that appears on the vault copy of his birth certificate!

(unless, of course, it undermines the life story that was a cornerstone of his campaigns)

  • http://ndgoon.blogspot.com/ goon

I guess maybe its time to move on then.

  • http://magyartruth.blogspot.com/ Chief RZ

I will be glad to show my birth certificate and have on numerous times. Only those with something to hide refuse to bring their past to the light.

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

That is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard.

If you want to see the most idiotic things ever typed, read : Lioncourt!

You could of just used any appropriations Hawaii got and claimed it was quid pro quo

Clean out your ears, Le Twit:

    One

    half

    billion

    dollars.

    Yeah! Just any old appropriation!

  • Lioncourt

Here’s a little more grist for the conspiracy mill:
Hawaiian governor seals Obama’s birth certificate.
Hawaii shows up in an appropriations bill for a half billion dollar botanical garden project. (Because we all know how notoriously hard it is to grow things in Hawaii!)

    No quid pro quo there!

That is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. You could of just used any appropriations Hawaii got and claimed it was quid pro quo. Was Hawaii supposed to avoid federal funding for anything?

  • Lioncourt

    So Poof,

When did you stop beating your wife?

  • Lioncourt

Which part of that screams “serious research” to your tiny little mind?

I don’t know, I just think that when you make serious charges of corruption, you should know what the fuck you are talking about.

But than again you never do.

All you care about are puns and grammatical errors. Actually understanding what you are talking about doesn’t interest you. You aren’t stupid, just disengaged to a point that you might as well be. Understanding the charges you are leveling is just honorable.

  • 2Hotel9

You got this leftard screeching and pissing itself! Too funny. I bet it is a Paulette, too.

Frankly, I look forward to seeing this particular conspiracy theory put to bed.

This question will not, and should not, go away until Barry releases his birth certificate just like every other nominee should do. The qualifications for being POTUS are not difficult to reach and very easy to prove. Barry still refused to do so.

Barry could put this to bed TODAY, if he were willing, but there is something on his birth certificate that he does not want the world to see. Werther it’s that he’s not a US natural-born citizen or whether it’s that his parents weren’t who he says they are or whatever, there is SOMETHING on that certificate that he does not want us to see… and frankly I find that juicy and interesting.

  • dawneyr

Won’t this be an interesting topic to discuss in depth after inauguration?

An old pastor used to say, “If you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is to stop digging.”

  • Mickey

    You want quid pro quo?

Watch and see who Obama appoints to run the World Bank. Every new American President appoints the new head of the World Bank.

Here is where it gets interesting. George Soros makes his billions in many ways, primarily from currency speculating. Now Soros spent millions of dollars and pulled many strings to help Obama get elected. Wouldn’t you expect a pay back to include the appointment of someone to run the World Bank to be someone Soros has ties with? How better to profit from the movement of currency than to have Inside Information on what country will do what/ when.

  • 2Hotel9

So, what is the quid pro quo Barri will pay himself for not opening the lockbox in his office on the second floor of Tony Resko’s lawyer’s house and producing the birth certificate?

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

I don’t know,(Lioncourt’s autobiography in three words!) I just think that when you make serious charges of corruption, you should know what the fuck you are talking about.
But than again you never do.

Like when I have to correct your terminally pathethic spelling and grammar? Wrong again, Le Twit!
What part of the whole “conspiracy theory” are you unclear about? I made no serious charges at all! I said that the half billion dollar appropriation for Hawaii could be looked at by conspiracy theorists as a quid pro quo. I did not say I believed it. I presented no serious linkage to present that. (Did the little voices in your head tell you otherwise?) I said it was “grist for the conspiracy mill”. (Any of those words look at all familiar to you?)

Conspiracy theorists, like 9/11 truthers, do not require evidence, mere coincidence will do. Whether it truly was a quid pro quo or mere circumstance, the sheer size of the expenditure in times of economic hardship might raise eyebrows in some, but could more than pass minimum standard for a good conspiracy factoid.

It might be a good time to bring back “Closed captioning for the humor impaired”. Maybe someone could read it to you?

  • NoJelly

I guess maybe its time to move on then.

Yep. The subject has been tabloided to death, so even if and when actual evidence proves it out it will be dismissed as fabricated. No point throwing your integrity out with the bathwater. The Left has done that already and are actively 3rd-worlding the USA…

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

You could of (sic) just used any appropriations

BTW, it’s could have, Le Twit!

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

Of course you have done research about this appropriation.

Le Twit: Work on your reading comprehension!

Here’s a little more grist for the conspiracy mill:

Which part of that screams “serious research” to your tiny little mind?
Maybe someone can play dullard’s advocate and ask the right questions for you?

  • Lioncourt

Of course you have done research about this appropriation.

Can you give me one specific about it? Who sponsored it?

Typical smear, you just run in innuendo because you have nothing else.

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

3rd. world?Isn’t that when you have the rich and the poor with no middle class?

  • 2Hotel9

“Frankly, I look forward to seeing this particular conspiracy theory put to bed.”

Easily done. All Barri has to do is produce one piece of paper, which is in his possession, not a vault in Hawaii.
