STRATFOR: FBI Ordered To ‘Back Off’ Black Muslim Terror Suspects

A fascinating article from STRATFOR about the 'lone wolf' domestic terror threats that includes not just Muslims, but the whole spectrum of politically-motivated whackos out there that threaten us all. Unfortunately this week has reminded us that these threats are all too real and deadly.

Here's the red meat of the piece:

Several weeks ago, STRATFOR heard from sources that the FBI and other law enforcement organizations had been ordered to “back off” of counterterrorism investigations into the activities of Black Muslim converts. At this point, it is unclear to us if that guidance was given by the White House or the Department of Justice, or if it was promulgated by the agencies themselves, anticipating the wishes of President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder.

This is a bombshell accusation, and STRATFOR has better put up or shut up about this. The accused murderer of a soldier in Little Rock, Arkansas last Monday, a Black Muslim convert named Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, had been monitored by the FBI since his return to the U.S. from Yemen. Obviously the FBI either lost track of him or lost interest in him, and one has to wonder why. True, as the 'lone wolf' article tells us, tracking such one-man terrorist operations is extremely difficult. But, if the investigation was squelched due to some mush-headed politically correct belief that Black Muslims should not be surveilled just because they are Black Muslims . . . Eric Holder will soon be collecting unemployment.

The left kept harping on what an awful, horrible, terrible thing it was to politicize the War on Terror. We'll see if they meant it.
