Strange Things You Learn In The News

Wisconsin apparently has no law against necrophilia.

Of course, one wouldn’t think you’d need a law against that sort of thing.

Sex with a corpse??!!  Sick, sick, sicko…

Anna,

“Dig up” is certainly an appropriate description under the circumstances.  Bravo.  Proof will be so proud.

Appropriate yet inappropriate given the circumstances but I couldn’t let it go.  docdave, sicko is an understatement considering the time line of the corpse was well into (rotting)decomposition. I am thinking these idiots weren’t aware of much outside their realm of morbid fantasies.

Stiff competition to be sure! Unless that was meant as a crypt ic reference to something else!
You kids certainly put the “fun” back in funeral!

Those who think the party or the country, will be “taught a lesson” by handing the levers of power over to the liberals will learn a lesson, but it will be at the expense of our country and her liberties. And there are no guarantees that the party or the country will come out stronger, more conservative or better positioned to win elections against the incumbent liberals.

Sen. Dale Schultz, R-Richland Center, introduced legislation Wednesday that would make having sex with a corpse a felony with punishment of up to 6 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

I hope this legislation fails. There is simply no reason why necrophilia should be against the law.

Brings a whole different meaning into “stopping in for a cold one” doesn’t it?

I just threw up in my mouth a little.

The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is… legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay … If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system.

And Dave wonders why no one takes him seriously! Turns out ALL of his dates are smarter than he is! (More eloquent, too!)

Unless someone can demonstrate how dead people can have an interest in not having sex, I don’t even think one can classify necrophila as immoral. Certainly no harm is being done in the act. It’s just something that bring a very, very, very small percentage of people a little bit of happiness; I’m not surprised that the sadists on the Right want to deny them of this.

Dave on July 27, 2007 at 01:26 pm

Passing this law would have been a very serious undertaking.

It would have grave consequences for the lovers of the dead.

Aside from laughing at Dave for his feeble (minded?) attempts to justify necrophilia, it takes a certain rigor to find humor in these circumstances.
