Strange Statues From Around The World
I wish more of them came with explanations as to who or what they're supposed to represent, though.
I think the very first one, the man fending off the rabid attacking infants, is my favorite.
I like both the Space Cow and the big fat bird.
I have to side with the “Running knot”.
Almost looks Robert Crumb inspired.
So I found the one referenced… I’ve never seen that much detail in a statue. What is the point of it?

Casey, I liked that one too. I also liked the Optimus Prime statue in China (just because The Transformers was my favorite cartoon as a kid) and the one of the guy hanging off the side of the building.
Wish I could find more info about what that one is all about.

Rob’s recently listened-to songs:
I also like the running knot. I like the one from Kiev too. Some of them I wouldn’t call “art” I’d call them somebody’s idea of shocking the public.
one is down-right pornographic (you’ll know which one when you see it).

Which one were you refering to? (the last three are the same statue, different shots) They are both pornographic…
