jj, what is in the Hawaii records office is a certificate of live birth, not a birth certificate. Two entirely different things. The point people ignoring is that Barri has his own paperwork, not the state of Hawaii, otherwise he would never have been able to register for school, get a drivers license, or any number of other things. Question is, why is he refusing produce that single piece of paper? What is on it that he is so terrified of people seeing?

Just where in that statement from Hawaii does it say Obama was born in Hawaii and that the certificate on file does not say he was born elsewhere and registered in Hawaii at a later date?

If it is legit, why didn't Obama authorize it's release to the media for examination?

You cannot apply for social security benefits without presenting your 'original' birth certificate, yet you don't need to present it to be the U.S. President?

He had produced it before. But the same folks that first said he wasn't a citizen, he was born in Kenya, etc., then said it was fake!! Some folks can't stand to be exposed as liars, eh? This time it was produced, and verified, due to a suit brought forth by a citizen in Ohio (RNC member) and the document, along with verification from the hospital of birth, etc., was provided. The folks that started this BS should be embarrased. All you have to do is initiate a rumor, twist it to make it sound real, then sit back and let it ride. Who cares? Couldn't hurt could it? Well, where is the accountability? You started the birth lie now fess us and admit you were wrong. Can't do that can you? Just like Palin. Spread the BS knowing it's false. "It's only a campaign. All I've seen here is a Dim official ready once again to put the integrity of their word on the line to back assertions that they provide neither documentation or other bona fide proof to the General Public for public scrutiny or for expert examination.

This is therefore just another Rathergate Special, like Bill Clinton's medical records, Algore's Global Warming "science", Hanoi John's military records and "Winter Soldier" and Paris Peace talks with North Viet Cong govt officials, like ACORN, William Ayers, James Abourezk, Khalidi, and so very much more – Dim political machines voting frauds like the Mayor Daly Machine, the Joseph Kennedy Machine, and like the double voting and more of snowbirds in New York and Florida, etc etc etc, multiplied times over.

Another scam with plenty of Dim officials with no credibility, but the willingness to repeat the lie over and over and over til it "becomes" the "truth" – another "truther special" – like Bush brought down the twin towers.

You can move along – it doesn't mean that Obama is credentialed.
