St. Barack of the Democrats

I was going to ask if anyone else found this as annoying or disgusting as I do…

...but Jammie Wearing Fool beat me to it!

Must Obama constantly be portrayed with a halo? The cliché is getting old! Please spare us the images of Obamessiah until after his beatification!

In the interest of “fairness” I wonder where all those sanctimonious leftwing critics are who so roundly disparaged Mike Huckabee for his TV ad in front of a bookcase that seemed to appear as a cross?  Surely all those anti-Christian zealots aren’t merely a bunch of partisan hypocrites… are they?

Not only is he their patronizing saint, he’s evidently above the Law!
Look at this:
“The fundraiser on Barack Obama’s national website might be considered a raffle in Minnesota. Not so, his campaign says.”

No surprise, once again I completely disagree with Proof.

There is an unmistakable image of Obama as being the minority, black and/or liberal Messiah. His positions cannot be questioned without racism being charged, his clearly evil personal associations are dismissed because Obama is somehow above such mundane matters. B.O.s many followers do not just like his positions on issues, because he has none really! This is a matter of worship of a deity and that fact must be driven home, no matter how many people like Proof and others are tired of it; it must be repeated over and over again until, hopefully enough people take off the blinders and admit they are bowing before him as a god and not measuring him as a mere mortal.

Let us not heed this message of Proof and Jammie; to wit: Stop the Messiah references and the Messiah images, let the truth fade away, let nothing interfere with this god-man from assuming absolute power; that is what is behind this message, do not have the courage over and over again to scream at the top of our lungs “The Emperor Obama has no clothes!” He is not god! He is wholly unqualifed for leadership and unworthy of worship as a deity.

Absolute Power: With a filibuster-proof Democrat Congress, B.O. will be as close to absolute power as any president in our history. The only forerunner, FDR, had a rubber stamp, filibuster-proof Congress and he was and is until this time, the only President-For-Life we have ever had; and the Socialist B.O. as POTUS can easily be the second!

WOW!, 2 things strike me about that article, 1) the Strib actually published it. 2) Minnesota...the state that gave the U.S. congress Ellison, and Wellstone, who was a plane down to earth guy.
Well, maybe 3, is the guy who wrote the article for the Strib going to be employed tomorrow?

McCains is bigger, that might register with the alienated female Hillary supporters, maybe some of her alienated male supporters too, as contrary to what they say, size does matter...as long as it’s not too big. So I’ve been told, I don’t seem to have been blessed with that problem.

You know, that picture of McCain looks like he’s about to get obliterated by a spaceship from “Independence Day.”

And I think I know why Bob chooses to quote himself. No one else would.

I think that should (horror of horrors!) Barack be selected to be our next president, someone should photoshop his cabinet members into da Vinci’s The Last Supper!

I’ll pitch in this evening!
Neiman’s post
“Bobby: YOu are right, but what was your point as to the subject of this thread?”
.
.
HERE"S Bobby’s post
“ Lucifer was also an angel, before the fall.”
.
.
.
A quick jaunt in theology shows that Lucifer was an angel but turned out to be a devil due to his selfish greed for power.
.
.
Given that Obama is often shown with a halo & is made out to be the savior of the country ( for some...but most certainly not for me); AND has shown an enormous appetite for power…
I’d say that maybe Bobby has a good point!

RebTex on July 8, 2008 at 08:39 pm

Whoa,

Seems eunichized has two areas of expertise! Yes indeed!  Practicing surfer and practicing idiot.
