Specific Breed Dog Bans

You've probably heard about localities banning specific breeds of dogs because they are supposedly more dangerous. I can see the point to that, however I've heard of pit bull or doberman owners that say their dog is as gentle as can be.

It looks like someone's introduced a product to solve just this problem.
