Sources: Heidi Heitkamp Running For Senate
According to Rob’s sources in the Democrat party, former ND Attorney General Heidi Heitkamp is definitely running for US Senate.
Maybe she’s the best the Democrats have, but she’s going to get steamrolled by the Berg campaign. She was a horrible Attorney General and would make a worse Senator. D
Don’t forget that she was smoked by John Hoeven in his very first political campaign when she ran for Governor.
Update by Rob: The announcement (and subsequent whirlwind tour of several of the state’s major cities I’m sure) is to happen next week I’m told.
