Whoa...

You mean...eating radioactive material is bad for us?

I’m shocked.  Next they’ll be telling us that smoking isn’t health either.

So, woofie, are you trying to tell us that Litvinenko just accidentally died of radiological poisoning?

Litvinenko was no accident.

I am quoting the Experts findings ,
My recommendation,
drink Beer
Don’t worry be happy.

On a side note, my uncle returned from Russia
and was pulled out of line at customs.
The radiation alarms went off because of a watch
he had purchased in the former Soviet Union.
He was happy to give it up.

One more thing we don’t need experts to tell us

According to the Seattle Police Department

And the gop hits just keep on rolling.

Oh, and Harry"Pinkie"Reid, Jack Abramoff. Scumbags seperated at birth, rejoined by the Federal Prosecutors Office. Ain’t life grand?

Hey, uh, Bob - I know that you, being of the reality based community and all, are WICKED ass smart and probably all-knowing through ESP and stuff, but if you are actually trying to make a point, perhaps you could - I don’t know - post a FUNCTIONING LINK to your stupid story ???

That would be a real help there, smart guy.

This makes sense only if the opposite is true; thus the dervative statement holds.  The precursor, of course, would preclude it; but this we knew.  And, of course, the penultimate question bares watching.

Further to my comments, above if, by some stretch of the imagination, the opposite were to be true, would this not be more, say, of a greater value than what was, in fact, fostered?  The beauty of this argument is that one can be correct either way; that is, one can say what was, in fact, said, and still maintain that the mirror image is also, indeed, reflective of the present state.  Not to put too fine a point on it, but would the same be said if, in fact, the statement had measurable impact on present scientific reality?

Final thought before I put this issue to bed:  We necessarily maintain the expression pereant qui anti nos nostra dixerunt --may they perish who have expressed our bright ideas before us—but this is the folly of kings, not of free men.  A better expression would be tempora mutantur nos et mutamur in illis—the times are changing, and we are changing with them. Thus, what was said prior makes sense only if you believe it does.  And nothing overcomes past reality but present reality.  Need I say more?

blogger88 on December 7, 2006 at 10:08 am

88, you have said nothing, for have nothing to say, and are wholey incapable of framing a coherent thought in any circumstance.

2Hotel9 - I have yet to see you ever make anything even resembling a coherent thought or a valid argument.  Until you do, I suggest you lay off everyone else.

My, my. Aren’t you special?
