Some Jim Steinman Via Meat Loaf For Some Feel Good Friday Night Music

I don’t usually don’t do this -post more than one music video – but this guy (Steinman) is one of the best song writers of our time. He created Bat Out Of Hell (one and two) and so many other songs that you know, but may not know who the songwriter is (Total Eclipse Of The Heart, Making Love Out Of Nothing At All, It’s All Coming Back To Me Now). etc.
He can rip your heart out or make you laugh.
Anyway without him Meat Loaf would probably still be a bar act. The guy’s great, and this is just a sample of how good he really is. And again, Meat Loaf is his voice.
Turn the volume up and enjoy.

It wasn’t the band that picked it, and it’s not the band’s name. Meat Loaf is the stage name of Marvin Lee Aday, the singer.

Credit for the production of the music goes to Jim Steinman, the writer of the songs.

    He’s a musical maniac – and genius.

Ah, well, bob, to each his own. I’m sure your taste in music is above reproach.

    I treasure your love
I never want to lose it
You’ve been through the fires of hell
And I know you have the ashes to prove it

    HHAHAHAHAAAA

    That is terrible.
    I can’t stop laughing.

Sorry, Meaty might have done something once…maybe twice… but this song is…not good.

    BRHAHAHAAAHAHA

Meatloaf has that kinda in-your-face big band production that appeals to many. There must be an interesting story on why the band picked Meatloaf as its name.
