So About Michelle Obama’s Dress…

…and contrast:

Just a silly coincidence, I’m sure.
(Note to Obama disciples: This is a joke, not a hate crime.)

I don’t mind Michelle’s “success” either, but the hate-filled lefties obviously mind Sarah’s success. Why is that?

Sparkie: As far as my taste in black women is concerned, I prefer the natural look; no processed hair, and buffed and polished to “look white”. And you? How do you like your black women?

  • robert108

(That “really” makes a difference in interpretation, folks.)

She said it twice; the first time without the “really”. She only added that to weasel out of the obvious conclusion most Americans drew from her statement.

  • 11B40

    Greetings:

    I don’t know, but I’ve been told,
Big-legged woman don’t have no soul.

I think Led Zeppelin said that.

  • Andrea

The dress is tacky, she is beyond tacky. She looks like a mutant grasshopper from the side, the woman is probally going to be referred to as America’s ugliest first woman, some where in history. Butt ugly, looks like a gorilla.
Now that the media has put this buffoon in office, will either of them get any class?
Now when do you think Obama will start telling the American people his time frame to impose his global tax on us, the first week he is office or second?

  • di butler

    Friend,

I think you may be overreaching a bit on that one. Trust me, it’s just an ugly dress. I don’t personally care for her, she has an attitude that’s a little nasty, but, as I said before, she does have a style team-Oprah’s. She told all about it in one of the women’s mags. I think she has worn some great stuff, but this wasn’t. On anyone.

  • Spartacus

Heh, makes you wonder if ‘chelle, RBBs belle gave any thought to the hierarchy involved with the presidency! Quote the UNCF, a mind is a terrible thing to waste!

  • eneils Bailey

At first, I thought it was a bastardized Superman outfit.
I can tell you, there’s no use for one of those in that family.

Before I die; there were three more things I wanted to find and ride:
    A jet fighter.
A two hundred foot Ferris Wheel.
    A really bow-legged woman.

Now, I am down to two.

  • robert108

How much does Michelle spend on clothes?

  • Friend of USA

So sparkie, you can call me a douche if it makes you happy, it simply rolls off my back like rain drops roll off an umbrella …and like blood drops rolls down Michelle’s dress
    ( ha ha ha! ).

At least I have not been denied the possibilty of replying by the administrators of this site which is something I really appreciate.

And by the way, my being banned from LGF is the first time EVER that I have been banned from ANY site, and I have posted on dozens and dozens of sites along the years.

They did not even tell me why they banned me?!

    Weird…

  • http://www.bikebubba.blogspot.com/ Bike Bubba

Personally, Sparkless, I don’t mind Mrs. Obama’s success at all. I just think the dress is tacky.

  • robert108

How much did that dress cost, Sparkie? Who paid for it?

Just calling out the hypocrisy of rich lefties criticizing a middle class woman about the cost of her wardrobe. Can you produce an answer?

  • robert108

How much did that dress cost, Sparkie? Who paid for it?

  • Friend of USA

The dress has red splatered on black…mhhh…makes me think of blood…
blood on black people…maybe Michelle was sending a “subliminal” message?

You know to subtly remind white folks that they have blood on their hands or something like that?

    not entirely impossible…

  • robert108

I wonder if she’s going to spread her wealth around to those who can’t afford such expensive stuff.

  • http://www.fileitunder.com/ Rob B.

Sparkie, are you jealous? Were you hoping that Rob would come around for you?

  • robert108

That dress is not gonna fix our economy, her husband will. Or try his best.

The only way Obamunism will “fix” our economy is the same way your male dog gets “fixed”. Commies hate our prosperous free enterprise economic system.

  • Friend of USA

Sorry but every time I look at that dress it reminds of blood.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Rob and others here at Say Anything for letting me post my opinions.
I have been banned from Little Green Footballs three days ago for posting a comment no more shocking, offensive or even no more silly than what I post here from time to time.

You know what free speech and tolerance is …unlike some of the people at LGF.

    Thanks!

That dress is not gonna fix our economy, her husband will. Or try his best.

You liberals are living in the la la land of mass delusion! Why don’t you look at Obama’s record for the 7 years he was Illinois State Senator? Did he fix Chicago’s economy???

Chicago has the highest city taxes in the country….
    Health care system is collapsing….
Chicago has higher murder rate than LA or NY….
    Slum housing still slums….

All Obama will do is tax and spend and drive our economy into another Great Depression exceeding 1929! He’ll appoint a few more liberal court justices and overturn our constitutional government including first and second amendment rights! Expect him to silence all descent and disarm America with his new Domestic Security Force (except for the criminals & thugs that is). I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t try to overturn term limits and set himself up as POTUS for life as Chaviz in Venezuala has done. Expect a 2nd American Revolution!

You had better stock up on guns, ammunition, cash and non-perishable food for you and your family – because you’re gonna need it before Obama is through!

Everyone needs to read: Understanding Obama: The Making of a Fuehrer. It will send chills to the bone!

As difficult as that may be, Sparkie seems to be devolving right before our eyes.

It’s telling how many fashion types we have here! :^)

OK, I’m no big guy in fashion, but my goodness, that’s awful. Somebody call the fashion police, we have a T.A.C.K.Y. in progress!

  • MikeAdamson

I don’t know much about fashion but I do know that I think that dress is hideous.

  • Feliz Smith

Not my favorite dress, but who cares. That dress is not gonna fix our economy, her husband will. Or try his best.

  • Hawk

Before I die; there were three more things I wanted to find and ride:
    A jet fighter.
A two hundred foot Ferris Wheel.
    A really bow-legged woman.

That cadence has many versions, but none of them have as little rhythm as you.

Jessie James said before he died
there were four things he wanted to ride
    bicycle, tricycle, automobile,
and a bowlegged redhead on a ferris wheel.

That also reminds me of a song my Scout Master used to sing:

    I like to go swimmin’
    with bowlegged women
    and swim between their legs.

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

Although, you have to give Sparkless points for consistency! His streak of insults and mindless drivel is unbroken for the evening!

  • LibraryLady

How much did that dress cost, Sparkie?

The dress was by Narciso Rodriguez. It supposedly cost between $3000-4000.
Her earrings were by Loree Rodkin and cost $11000.

  • Neiman

I agree with Rob and Robert108 about old Sparkless, but I hope every Christian prays for his wife’s health.

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

Sparkie (Get off my lawn you kids!) Arbuckle: In your last three posts, you’ve called people: a douche, a sycophant and assholes.

I realize you’re just a bitter and small product of the Vermont public schools, but could you stop the name calling long enough to come up with one single positive contribution to any of the threads, rather than merely tearing down everyone else who has contributed?

In the meantime, take your meds!

Somebody must have micturated in Sparkie’s cornflakes again!

Can YOU be a bit more positive about something other than scantily clad women?

I do one post once a week on attractive women and Sparkie, with his usual finely honed sense of accuracy and honesty, can’t see the forest for the trees. (Even French trees!)

Sparkie, with all the love in my heart:

She has worn some pretty good stuff since Oprah’s team got a hold of her, but this sucked on the runway and off.

  • FedUp

Shhh how dare you ask something personal like that.

Does she get to keep the clothes as well? How much was it again that Obama spent on his victory party…before he’d even won?

  • FedUp

    That is an awful dress.

Should Barack be on the lookout? I think I’ve heard the term “sexual cannibalism..” Even I wouldn’t want that, I think I still prefer Barack to Michelle. She frightens me a little.

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

Don’t know if in these times over oversensitivity if you can utter the B W words or not?

  • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ proof_positive

Can YOU be a bit more positive about something other than scantily clad women?

BTW, Spark: It seems your math skills rival your English skills: Out of the 943 posts over at Proof Positive, exactly 25 are Friday Night Babes.

That works out to about 2.6%, so I guess the answer to your question is: Yes.

  • Zoe

I was going to just chime in with two comments:

    (1) When I first saw that dress, my first thought was, “omigod, she looks like a blackwidow spider!”
    (2) My second comment was, well, it’s obvious Michele doesn’t have a personal stylist. (Personally, I think that’s a good thing.)

But after the last ugly comment? I have to add a third comment:

I think Michele Obama is classy. I think the rightwing Republicans and a bunch of racists jumped down her throat for a fairly harmless comment she made about being REALLY proud of her country for the first time as an adult. (That “really” makes a difference in interpretation, folks.) I think that judging our Presidential candidates’ wives by their looks is about as low as you can go.

And in general, I think Michele will make an excellent, inspirational first lady. She looks terrific 99% of the time (I really think this dress was a mistake, but from a distance, the family did look really cute together in their color-coordinated outfits) and she is smart, sophisticated, and compassionate.

Perfect? Nope. But I’d rather have her as my First Lady than the super-brittle silver-spoon “I was an only child pay no attention to my two half-sisters” Mrs. McCain the Second.

This is coming from the guy who contributes to the blog that does nothing but whine and bitch about lib policy and Obama?

So I guess you miss all those posts where we bitch about Republican policy too, right?

Nothing is so convenient as setting up a straw man and then attacking if viciously, right Sparkie?

  • http://sayanythingblog.com/readers/author/sparkiearbuckle sayanything-81

    Poofy

    Oh.
This is coming from the guy who contributes to the blog that does nothing but whine and bitch about lib policy and Obama?

Shove it up your ass, sweetcheeks. Wipe that shit off your upper lip. Can YOU be a bit more positive about something other than scantily clad women?

A beautiful, powerful, wealthy black woman just fucks you up, huh? Class envy? Repressed desire? Fess up.

  • http://sayanythingblog.com/readers/author/sparkiearbuckle sayanything-81

    Friend of the USA,
Thank you for defining, by example, what it is to be a supreme douche. Thanks, douche.

Threadjacking? Did you read the post?

  • http://sayanythingblog.com/readers/author/sparkiearbuckle sayanything-81

OK, I’m no big guy in fashion, but my goodness, that’s awful. Somebody call the fashion police, we have a T.A.C.K.Y. in progress!

More like a bunch of right wing dudes calling Michelle Obama’s garb tacky because it makes them feel better are tacky.

  • http://sayanythingblog.com/readers/author/sparkiearbuckle sayanything-81

    Baiter. Nice disclaimer.

Rob reminds me of the white suit-and-ties in the ‘Angelfood McSpade’ comix. A little repressed desire Rob?
