Shocker: Obama Only Likes To Take Questions From Special Journalists

Apparently Obama has his favorites in the White House press corps:

According to Sun-Times columnist and long-time Chicago journalist, Carol Marin, journalists at Barack Obama news conferences have come to realize that Obama has pre-picked those journalists whom he will allow to ask him questions at the conference and many of them now “don’t even bother raising” their hands to be called upon.
One wonders why journalists are allowing this corralling of the press? Would they have allowed George W. Bush to pre-pick journalists like that? Would they meekly sit by and allow themselves to be systematically ignored, their freedom to ask questions silenced by any Republican? Would journalists so eagerly vie with one another for the favor of Bush like they are Obama’s?

Bush wouldn’t have gotten away with this. But Bush wasn’t the liberal messiah.

    Indeed he does only take questions from special reporters. They were the ones on Obama’s plane during the campaign…the ones in the tank for him.

    Obama can talk in complete sentences? Not without a teleprompter, Dino. When he’s speaking extemporaneously, he lards his words with verbalized pauses (“um”) like an 8th grade debate dropout.

    He’s got a melodious voice that Bush and McCain lack, but a great speaker? Come to church with me and I’ll introduce you to a dozen guys (our church hosts a seminary) whose speaking abilities make Obama look like a deaf-mute.

    Somebody is going to figure out a way to get past Obama’s “wall”, and it’s going to be fun to watch.

    Not that it is much of an accomplishment but one can fool the dino’s of the world every time. Barry has the BS speak down pat but actions speak louder than words. I’m placing my bet that he turns out to be a dud. We survived Carter so we know what to expect in Obama.

    Obama is above all things a Beguiler, he charms and wins the devotion even of his enemies, but it is all a grand deception, a carefully crafted presidency that will make us all look fondly on Billy Jeff for his forthrightness, honesty and high moral standards by comparison.

    Greetings:

    I think that this is the fundamental corruption of the MSM. They have to play to get the access to celebrities, to write the stories to pad their résumés. No access, no story, no booty.

    Short of some type of lottery system for asking questions, I don’t see them making any waves.
