Sesame Workshop President Makes $668,144 in Salary

I guess this is what happens when your talent works for bird seed.
That year, Sesame Workshop president and CEO Gary Knell got $684,144 in reportable compensation from his job.
You can see that they are so short of funds that they can barely pay their CEO a living wage. Clearly rather than cut the funding for PBS we must send them whatever they ask for.
According to the story Sesame Workshop’s federal share of the funding is perhaps 8% of their total revenue. If they are so profligate in waste that they can afford to pay this much for their CEO they can easily do without federal money.
