Sean Penn Romanticizes Dictators Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro

In The Nation, as you might expect, which Bart Hinkle suggests is “like National Review giving Ted Nugent a barrel of ink to “clear up the misconceptions” about Augusto Pinochet. Only without the funny.”
Hinkle goes on:

I particularly like the reference to Raul Castro’s “affectionate tolerance for his big brother’s watchful eye. ‘He wants to know everything we speak about,‘ he says with the chuckle of the wise.“ That Fidel! What a rapscallion!

Indeed.
Personally, I think people who praise socialist regimes should have to actually go and live under those regimes.
You don’t see that happen very often.

    If Sean Penn was anything other than a rabble-rousing asshole he’d already be in one of those communist countries. He can afford it. So can all the other rabble-raising asholes on the list.

    They are all dyed-in-the-wool capitalists who love the big money they can make only in the USA and prey on Leftist idiots like WOOF and Hannitized who are too stupid to see the truth or too dishonest to admit it.

    Those people, using the term loosely, very loosely, all become media whores to compensate for their total lack of talent. What should equate to bad publicity is good publicity for the idiots they pander to.

    Sean Penn is a asshole and he could not act his way out of a [paper bag the left loves him enough to keep him in money, if he was expecting any one from the center right he would be dead in the water, Holly wood has lost more on the left leaning films then any time in their history, people are not paying to hear someone diss their own country or any one who does so out side of the movies they just won’t support him nor his communist leanings . .

    No small surprise that Americans are sick of conservatives, conservatives seem to simply be liars. Winning free and fair elections, and having an approval rating of 63% in a country where politicians are typically hated, not really the signs of a dictator.

    And the latest election results in Venezuela? PSUV, Chavez’ party, won 81% of the mayoralties, and 77% of the governorships.

    What conservatives really hate is democracy (Rob himself has called it “mob rule”), especially when poor people and minorities vote, and populist governments too.

    Can you believe that shithead Sean has the audacity to use the academy awards to tell me, and millions like me, that if we disagree with him on one issue, then we should be ashamed of ourselves??!! What ever happened to social class? Why can’t he just accept his award (which until he opened his mouth, I thought he deserved..)with polite honor and humility? NOOOOO, instead he makes an ass of himself to promote his personal agenda. Well, FUCK HIM HE MIGHT AS WELL JUST TAKE HIS LITTLE NAKED GOLD MAN AND USE IT TO PLEASURE HUGO CHAVEZ!!

    Just vote with your pocket book.

    Don’t go to any movies that he makes or ‘stars’ in. Don’t support any product that he endorses. Don’t subscribe to any magazines or newspapers, or watch any shows that glorify people like Sean Penn.

    When you see it happening, don’t call the network, call or write the sponsors of the show, and let them know that if they ever support anything with Sean Penn, or his ilk again, you will not only never use their products, but will tell all your friends to stop using them as well.

    This is the only way to get back at these bastards.

    The list could go on! I do, however, go out of my way to support performers that support conservative values!

    Just because the liberals in Hollywood have the cameras and the microphones they think they have something important to say. They are irrelevent!
