Glad you liked my probing investigation into the Bar Refaeli affair.

Thanks for the link.  I appreciate it.

    The lies of the right.

Even the article you posted to said it probably wasn’t TSA who felt up Bar, because it didn’t happen in the USA.

    • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ Proof

Matthew! So good of you to come and hyperventilate here! Your projection of “lies” must seem natural to you, given your own nature, but if I inadvertently credited the TSA with feeling up Ms. Refaeli in the headline, instead of some other airport security, it was not a “lie”, but rather a mistake. Something like what your parents must have felt about you.

The blog post’s headline was “Security Getting A Little Too Friendly With Bar Refaeli”.

Your total ignorance of the purpose of a “Rule Five” post is duly noted.

But, like the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and a Flat Earth, you may believe what I did was a “lie” if that’s the only thing you can wrap your pointy little head around.

Or was your comment meant simply to be a “lie of the Left”?

      • Matthew

Well at least you admit you don’t read your links.

Fine, you don’t lie, you are just incompetent.

        • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ Proof

          Why don’t read them? (sic)

Please, my little irony impaired friend, let us talk of “competence”. Heh.

      • Matthew

By linking to these articles you are endorsing them.  Why don’t read them?

        • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ Proof

Mutthew: You are a little unclear on the concept, but then, you’re a liberal, so you’re unclear on most concepts. By posting a link I am not “endorsing” anything. I post links to articles I find interesting. Therefore, if I link to an article from the Huff Po, or the Nation or the NYT, I am not necessarily “endorsing” the author, the publication or the content. It means, I found it interesting and thought others might too.

As to the Rule Five posts, the point of Robert Stacy McCain’s Rule Five, is to attract readers to one’s blog, via the use of what some might euphemistically call “pretty girls”, others might say “beautiful women”.

Several people used Bar Refaeli’s run in with security as an excuse to run her picture. I had so little interest in the story, I did not read any of them. I do try, however, to look at at least most of the pictures uses to illustrate Rule Five posts, because we have certain standards.

I glanced at the picture, I trust that all of my readers who are not liberals had the ability to read the posts for themselves, were they so inclined.

The fact that some mealy mouthed liberal took the excuse of a minor mistake to call me a “liar”, illustrates to me the bankruptcy of thought on the left side of the aisle, otherwise, you might argue something of substance, if only you had the capacity to do so.

You may now return to your irrelevance.

    Great job as usual Proof!
Enjoyed Stossel’s video of the broken window theory. I thought he did it justice and was pleasantly surprised to see Walter Williams in it. Been a fan of Williams since I first heard him on Rush. I also catch his articles from time to time.
I had found (on Guttenburg or Internet Archive, I don’t remember) copies of Bestiat and Hazlitt awhile back  and was familiar with the ‘seen’ and ‘unseen’ effects of the broken window, but it was great that Stossel brought in government spending as the example in his plain spoken way.
By the way….Matthew certainly doesn’t understand “Rule Five” … Good job King Shamus!

    • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ Proof

Thanks!  Matthew is undoubtedly blissfully unaware that I do something similar on my blog, with a feature called “Quote du jour”. Every day, I put up a quote interesting (at least to me) for what it says or how it is said, or who is doing the saying… sometimes, all three. I have quoted Obama, and today, the most vile and despicable quote in the history of the feature, uttered by Bernadine Dorhn. My posting of a quote, much the same as with the links, is not an endorsement by me of the author or the sentiment.
(Although, sometimes, I do quote myself, and then, it’s generally a safe bet that I agree with me!)

      • fedupny

That IS quite a disgusting quote from Dorhn. It’s amazing she and her husband aren’t behind bars along with Manson. Maybe the country wouldn’t be in the predicament it faces now if they were. It’s only wishful thinking as I am sure there are plenty more radicals willing to take their place.
I do occasionally peruse your blog, when I get the chance, and understand the purpose of your quotes. It’s a welcome change from the level of noise that this blog sometimes generates.

        • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ Proof

Just remember that when they say Obama got his political start in Bill Ayers’ living room,  it was Bernadine’s living room, too.

Thats the truth in spades huh..

          • http://proof-proofpositive.blogspot.com/ Proof

            Unfortunately, yes.

          • fedupny

Yes, that was my subtle reference above. Sad thing is, many people still either don’t know or care about this relationship between O and them. But to learn and see how deep and pervasive the “progressive” infiltration has become in America is frightening. If not Ayers, then someone else would have…if not Obama, then someone else. The best way to hide sometimes, is in plain sight, which is what they do under harmless sounding names, they are masters at subtlety, tweaking the definitions of words to make them subjective as to go undetected. They’re so distributed, building slowly under the radar, making them difficult to root out and expose. The turtle and motto of the Fabian’s is very fitting as to the way they have co-opted the citizenry and government.
I only hope there is another “great awakening” so we can right the course we are on. There are some I know who are learning American history as should have been taught but never was.
