thatcoloredfella,
Do you actually have anything to add about the above post? (no) Do you ever have anything to add about the post? (no) Is it unusual for you to change the subject into something that is irrelevant to the conversation at hand? (no)
Just came over to see if you’re ignoring all the damning Tom DeLay revelations (yes); perpetuating the AP photo story without citing the Editor’s response on Editor & Publisher (yes); oblivious to the Martinez connection to the Schiavo memo story out tomorrow (yes); and not quoting Cornyn’s speech verbatim (yes).
Ok.
No Rob,
My blog isn’t quite as popular as yours, and actually, it doesn’t follow the same format as yours either. Mine is more of an analysis and political commentary blog, delving deeper into fewer topics.
I got your blog in the moonbat lottery and just come here to be a partisan nuisance and naysayer. Of course, I can’t remember a better time before to come over and bait you Right bloggers, than now. But, I’ll ease up on my snarky comment posts, if you pledge to try to find some common ground on some difficult issues?
Brandon,
Is ‘group think’ kinda like seeing a secession of the AP Photo controversy posted on most Right Blogs I see, with the same trackbacks and links?
Hus,
You can make your personal South Park character at this cool site being linked around.
tcf,
Certainly no one is immune to “group think.”
tcf,
Which South Park character are you?
TCF,
Not everybody likes to participate in group think.
TCF, angry because nobody is reading your blog?
I post what interests me. I usually don’t have nearly enough time to get to all of the things I want to post about. But there are a million blogs out there. Feel free to pick another one.
When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

tcf,
Thanks for hooking me up with that very interesting website.
I’m looking for a picture of John Hus though. If I can’t find one I’ll have to change my nick to someone else theists burned at the stake.

Refreshing honesty for a change. You admit that you didn’t ever come here for constructive debate.
But, I’ll ease up on my snarky comment posts, if you pledge to try to find some common ground on some difficult issues?
So you’ll stop being an asshole only if Rob starts agreeing with you.
sigh
And like I said, TCF, you still haven’t stated how I’ve manipulated or distored anything you’ve said. I’ve fact-checked you, no more. Some of your statements were not accurate.
I don’t give a rat’s ass if you include my name or not. Rob is gracious enough to provide a forum for discourse. Until Rob states I’m not welcome here, I’ll feel free comment on any thread that interests me. If I wear out my welcome, I would hope that Rob would be gracious enough to let me know.
Insofar as me not earning your respect, I suppose that’s the difference between you and me: nobody has to earn my respect at the outset, I start with the presumption that all people deserve my respect. You, however, have lost my respect by last statement.
If you care about having my respect, you’ll let me know how I’ve distored your words. Unfortunately, I suspect you don’t care about having my respect; that’s your problem, not mine.
I think you’ll not tell me how I’ve distorted you, or facts, or whatever, because...well, I haven’t!
TCF, it’d be easier for us to find some common ground if only you’d try being factually accurate a bit more.
I’m still waiting to see how I distorted your words or was factually wrong vis a vis the southern strategy, Strom Thurmond, or the confederate flag(as you claim I was). I have a feeling I’ll be waiting a long time.
Part of common ground is being in the same factual basis TCF, and you can’t admit the possibility that you are wrong. But then, it’s not too late to surprise me.
Time was, I clicked over to your site; I’ll not likely be clicking back. I don’t fear new information or alternative views--but you appear uninterested in actual debate.

Like I said previously Seth, after I recognize someone who practice the art of distortion and manipulation, I do not waste my time any further.
As much as I confront and challenge Rob, I’ve given him no reason to ban me. As much as I may piss him off, he’s burnt my arse quite a few times too.
If you noticed, I didn’t include your name because I don’t respect you - you haven’t earned it.
I think you’ll not tell me how I’ve distorted you, or facts, or whatever, because...well, I haven’t!
Seth,
I’ll just let my previous comment posts speak for themselves and leave it at that.
