SAB’ers Talk Radio Tonight At 8:00pm Central Time

Listen Live

Click above to listen. The call-in number is (347) 677-0693. Remember, the show doesn't start until 8:00pm central time. At that time a "listen live" button will appear at the link above.

Brett couldn't make it for tonight's show, so regular SA contributor/ND Representative Tom Brusegaard will be taking his place..

Tonight we'll have on with us Major Mike McNamara who is fresh off his Iraq-based campaign for a seat on the Grand Forks city council (which he won) and recently returned to the United States. We plan on talking to Major McNamara about his experiences in Iraq and what his view is of the debate over Iraq here at home.

Be sure to call in with your questions.

We'll also be covering the following topics as time allows:

  1. The President's speech about military tribunals and terror detainees.

  2. Why "no" is costing us at the gas pumps.

  3. Democrat efforts to re-form the CIA's specialized bin Laden unit.

  4. Frist's announcement that immigration reform, but not border security, will be put on the back burner until after the elections.

Update: Audio archive is this show is here.

Mac was great this evening. The first half hour is all about Mac's experiences in Iraq. Moving stuff, and something everyone should hear.

You gotta Listen to the podcast.  Maj Mike MacNamarra was aswesome!!

The first 25-35 minutes he talked extensively about Iraq.  It will, quite honestly, be a moving, sad, and uplifting half hour if you listen to it.

Thanks Mike!!

(Rob and I were OK too)

The second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.

Baloney Gilby, you and I were nothing compared to Mac.  Guy stole the show.

I’ll have a link to the archive up as soon as it’s available.
