Say Anything Blog

The nebbishly cool Paul Giamatti, the luscious Monica Bellucci, loads and loads of awesome (if entirely improbable) gun fights and...a baby.  A fantastic movie marred only by Clive Owen’s stunted, zombie-like performance (a shambling corpse with a gun would have been more convincing) and an ill-advised anti-gun political message.

Yes, that’s right.  An anti-gun message in a rabidly violent gun movie.  It’s as dumb as it sounds.

In order to break up the political back and forth here on Say Anything a bit, I thought I’d post a short movie review now and then.  It will be nothing special.  Just a way for me to publish a few thoughts on the many, many movies I watch and open things up for discussion.  The movies might still be in the theater, or years old.  If these posts aren’t your thing, don’t worry. You’ll get my next post for free.
