Rob’s Really Short Movie Reviews: Cashback

Cashback, a movie I initially took to be the world’s most pretentious excuse to show lots and lots of female nipples on the big screen, actually turned out to be a fairly good even if the main character’s emotional diarrhea and incessant soul-searching gets a little annoying after a while.  But the novelty of a character who can stop time is entertaining, as are most of the characters.

I give it three and a half out of five stars.

Starring Sean Biggerstaff ?
Rob: are you renting movies from behind the curtain these days?? I looked at your link to Amazon and from there clicked on a link to Sean, which took me to a movie he starred in with Arlene Cockburn!
...lots of nipples you say???

For any voter trying to choose between the two candidates for commander in chief, there is no better test than this: When American strategy in a critical theater was up for grabs, John McCain proposed a highly unpopular and risky path, which he accurately predicted could lead to success. Barack Obama proposed a popular and politically safe route that would have led to an unnecessary and debilitating American defeat at the hands of al Qaeda.

I thought it was the movie that was real short.....

Maybe Rob was in a hurry to watch the parts with the nibbles again.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

The movie is worth a watch. The nudity is not gratuitous and only helped to serve the plot.

If you’re only looking for the nudity, then don’t waste your time with the whole movie. Just watch the 2004 short that inspired the film that came two years later.
