Rand Paul To Obama Energy Bureaucrat: The Toilets In My House Don’t Work And I Blame You
Fantastic video of Senator Rand Paul destroying Obama energy bureaucrat Kathleen Hogan on the topic of consumer choice. Senator Paul kicks off the video asking Hogan if she’s “pro choice.”
She responds, “Not when it comes to light bulbs.” It goes down hill from there:
“Frankly my toilets don’t work in my house,” says Senator Paul. “And I blame you and people like you who want to tell me what I can install in my house and what I can do. You restrict my choices.”
“There is hypocrisy that goes on with people who claim to believe in some choices but don’t want to let the consumer decide what they can buy and install in their house.”
But doesn’t the Senator understand? They’re making us less free for our own good.
