He’s calling his campaigning in Chicago the “Tell It Like It Is” tour. Except, apparently, if the topic is his residency which one would think would be central to the launch of any campaign for Mayor.

After all, if you’re not legally qualified to hold the office you’re running for what use is there in talking about other issues?
