Propaganda: Your Job In Germany

Directed by Frank Capra, and written by Theodor Geisel - that's right, none other than Doctor Seuss. A very interesting look into the time capsule.

P.S. Over at WILLisms.com I labeled this piece 'Propaganda: Your Job In Iraq Germany (strikethroughs don't work in Rob's titles). Watch the vid and you'll see why.

I remember old timers telling me about these films. And about the Werewolves. Remember them? The SS and Gestapo members who assassinated officials who cooperated with Occupation Forces. Who assassinated people who collaborated with enemies of the Fatherland. The last of whom were hunted down in the late 1950s, after they had joined forces with the communists and the German people turned on them and gave them to our military police. Thats right! Just like Iraq, the people turned on them, just as people in Iraq are turning against terrorists. The fact that this is happening in only 4 years instead of the 12 it took in Germany passes right over leftard’s heads.

What did the liberated Europeans (ie after the end of German occupation brought about by the German Army) do to collaborators?
What will the liberated Iraqis(ie after the end of the American Occupation brought about by the American Army) do to collaborators?
Collaborating with the hated foreigner, immune to justice or the courts.
PS Some Mercs protecting a convoy in Iraq opened fire and killed seventeen civilians today. And the mercenaries are beyond any accountability.

President putin is wrong when he says that russia should or will target the missile on europe if america goes with anti missile defence plan in Europe.
Russia must target (rather than should) the nuclear missiles with multiple war heads against all the cities, towns and big villages( including military instalations) of england because this cold war -like the one before- is being started by england for the benefit of english race only-.it is race war between the english parasite race versus the rest of the world-the sooner the rest of the world realizes that better it is for the world.
look how germany wes villified soon after fall of soviet union-look how russia is being vilified immediately after Putin made russia strong.
look how american has been isntagated for perpetaul awar by the british bastards. Aritish spy naill faergussan and huntingtosn go to usa and preach hatred and racial inflammmatory speech telling americans that the time for religious and civilization war has come-why do these english bastards not figtht their war by thier own means rather than on shoulders of american arms?
say even if russia destroys usa then if britian or rather england is allowed to exist then the english parastic dog race will ,by very parasitic nature, will try to disrupt russia or other countries’ existence. therefore instead of attacking usa or poland it is best policy of russia to attrack and destroy to the whole of england which must be evaporated to a rubble.
thse same british bastards talking of religious(chrisitan and muslim ) war propagandasie hispanics, iriash , ger,ams , french as not in american chritisan groups. they also do not think those white europeans to be thier kind which desreves to be in america-such is the evil propaganda of british spies inside america.  .
poland is nothing but a proxy for the british bastards. In fact poland and other east europeans were taken in hurriedly in E. U. only by the insistence of the british because british wanted to dilute the core group of europe that is france and germany ‘s influnce and make EU just an appendage of angloamerican power structure while in fact europe was started as a counter to angloamerican influnce-what a reversal of role!
it is no use targetting poland -target the main villain which is england and the english race which m ust be aniihilated fromt the face of the world.

As America teetered on the brink of entering World War II, Charles A. Lindbergh gave a fateful speech that did more damage to the America First movement for peace than all the propagandistic efforts of the pro-war groups he named in Des Moines that day. In his oration, the great aviator and American hero sought to define who and what had brought us to the point of no return:

“The three most important groups who have been pressing this country toward war are the British, the Jewish, and the Roosevelt administration.

“Behind these groups, but of lesser importance, are a number of capitalists, Anglophiles, and intellectuals who believe that the future of mankind depends upon the domination of the British empire. Add to these the Communistic groups who were opposed to intervention until a few weeks ago, and I believe I have named the major war agitators in this country.”

He was once a settler who cut down and burned the forest of New England because he was afraid of the wildlife. He was once a trader who passed out smallpox blankets to the Indians. Then later a buffalo hunter who decimated entire herds and left them to rot on the plains. His grandfather herded Japanese into camps, his father was at MyLai. His brothers are at Abu Graib and Gitmo. Where will he be tommorrow?”

“ but all non-WASP got (and still get) their time as scapegoat-du-jour: Native, Black, Chinese, Irish, Italian, Jew, Japanese, Catholic, Latino, and now Middle-Eastern, just to name a few. Along with the scapegoating goes the profiling, which is little more than prejudice and stereotypes made legal.”

The recent director of Harvard’s Carr Center for Human Rights, Michael Ignatieff, proposed in the New York Times in May 2004 that we should give U.S. presidents the authority to preventively detain U.S. citizens and to engage in “coercive interrogations” should the United States experience another terrorist attack like 9/11. Ignatieff argued that “defeating terror requires violence” and “might also require coercion, secrecy, deception, even violation of rights.” “Sticking too firmly to the rule of law simply allows terrorists too much leeway to exploit our freedoms,” he said.[1]

In addition to Harvard’s top human rights academic arguing on behalf of “torture lite,” Harvard Law School’s Alan Dershowitz supports “torture warrants” so that U.S. presidents can torture detainees in so-called “ticking bomb” cases.

I am not sure equating Iraq with Germany will help us. Its a lazy comparison to boot and is made primarily to appeal to sentiments rather that facts on the ground.

We need to look past the smoke and mirrors…

Actually, the comparison between Islamofascism and Nazi fascism is pretty accurate.  Saddam’s uncle was a buddy of Hitler.

The Next War

Your job in America.

Someday the American people may be cured of their disease..  The world conquest disease.  But they must prove that they have been cured.  We are determined that their plan for world conquest must stop.  We are determined that the vicious American cycle of war, phony peace, war, phony peace and war.. will once, and for all time, come to an end

Jorge da Silva on September 17, 2007 at 11:10 pm

Alexander - As for Old World vs. New, I recommend the following: American Fundamentalisms. You can put down Europe all you like, but when you reject Europe, what you are actually rejecting is the Enlightenment, which the United States was a product of, and replacing it with George Bush’s fusion of American exceptionalilsm with Christian fundamentalism.

The world’s immigrants have already decided in the “exceptionalism” of America. They are banging down America’s door to come in. You can’t say the same for “Enlightened” Europe. The only major immigrants filling into those countries are Muslims who hate the west. So much for that “Enlightenment” that they supposedly have. They are committing suicide. The entire Western world, America included, are filled with a sizable minority of people who absolutely hate the Western values. That’s not society reaching “Enlightenment” by any means of the word.

And where is this Christian fundamentalism? What, exactly, has the guy done to implement it? You’re off your rocker with that criticism. It doesn’t exist.

Jorge da Silva - If you have a problem with opposing Islamic fascism, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Kim Jong-il (ruler of that wonderful country where they’re eating tree bark to stay alive) and the fascism and communism of old, then that says a lot more about you than it does us.

The old communists and present day Islamists say that America has a “world conquest disease”. Your rhetoric betrays you and shows what side you’re on.

likwidshoe on September 17, 2007 at 11:37 pm

I am sorry to say but all the talk of German expansionism in this video reminds me of American “liberation” of its fellow countries. We really love to bring democracy to places “floating on seas of oil”

First of all, only a Stalinist of a fascist would decry America liberating its fellow countries such as France, Germany itself, Austria, Japan, Korea, and yes even Iraq.

Faisal, are you a fascist who thinks it is bad that Iraq is now a democracy?

I suspect you might be.

You will not ridicule them.  You will not argue with them.  You will be aloof, watchful and suspicious.

* in the 1980s Soviets fought AlQuada and Reagan loved AlQaeda as freedom-fighters paying them through CIA’s Casey, and dedicated Space Shuttle Columbia to terrorists.

A fascist clash today: one side Neocon, one side AlQuada, the rest of the world aloof, watchful and suspicious.

Jorge da Silva on September 18, 2007 at 12:02 am

Jorge, the ‘neocon’s as you put it, are in favor of a Constitution, a democratic Republic, the Bill of Rights, and universal suffrage - not just here in the United States but everywhere.

If you think that makes them ‘fascists’ you are some kind of drug addict.

Ken McCracken on September 18, 2007 at 12:05 am

To oppose Al Qaeda is “fascist” according to Jorge da Silva.

The guy is making it clear what side he is on. Any argument from here on out will be unproductive. Jorge da Silva is telling us that he is our enemy.

likwidshoe on September 18, 2007 at 12:09 am

in the 1980s Soviets fought AlQuada…

Wrong.  The Soviet attempt to spread their totalitarian regime into Afghanistan created Al Qaeda.

I also hate having to keep killing this leftist myth that the CIA aided al-Qaeda in Afghanistan:

CNN journalist Peter Bergen, known for conducting the first television interview with Osama bin Laden in 1997, has stated

The story about bin Laden and the CIA—that the CIA funded bin Laden or trained bin Laden—is simply a folk myth. There’s no evidence of this. In fact, there are very few things that bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and the U.S. government agree on. They all agree that they didn’t have a relationship in the 1980s. And they wouldn’t have needed to. Bin Laden had his own money, he was anti-American and he was operating secretly and independently. The real story here is the CIA did not understand who Osama was until 1996, when they set up a unit to really start tracking him.

Ken McCracken on September 18, 2007 at 12:18 am

Also, Jorge, you really need to read The Looming Tower.

God it is sad that the world is full of people like you who believe this comic-book version of current events.

America made friends with a bad gang. When you give money to a bad gang (freedom fighter) to fight another bad gang (Soviet) you are a friend of the bad gang.  When the friendly bad gang turns on you, your friendly gang becomes an enemy gang.

Jorge da Silva has been describing his own “disease”.

Jorge da Silva on September 18, 2007 at 01:48 am

You play and pay with bad gangs and they bite you, not me.

You’re talking out of your ass. The people here endorse no such playing or paying. None of us. None of the regular conservatives and none of the regular liberals who comment here.

If you’re talking about America making some bad decisions by “playing” with some of these groups in the past, I don’t think you’ll find an argument here. We conservatives all just want them dead! Liberals want to talk to them. Is talking considered “playing”?

If you’re asking most of us to agree that teaming up with Stalin in the fight against Hitler was a bad idea, I don’t think that you’re going to find much agreement there with those at this blog, those in America, and those in Europe. You’re in the far minority position there. Most people recognize that there is sometimes a tactical advantage to temporarily working with an enemy. Sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn’t. That’s the nature of deadly enemies.

As for your “not me” quip, don’t be naive Jorge. “Bad gangs” like Al Qaeda bite the innocent. You’re not safe from an Islamist movement trampling you underfoot. They even trample their own. Everybody and anybody gets hit from “bad gangs” like Al Qaeda. Don’t smugly act as if you’re safe or immune from their evil acts. You’re an infidel. They’ve already declared you an enemy.

Stay away from Neocon and AlQaeda gangs.

There are no “Neocon gangs”. Your belligerent irrationality is showing there.

As for Al Qaeda, what’s it to you if I decide that it’s a good idea to go after them and kill them? Do you like these guys or something? If you don’t agree with it, then just mind your own business and mind your own country. This doesn’t concern you unless you really like these guys and want them left alone.

Then you will be cured of your war disease.

Goodbye.

This is stupid talk for all of the reasons stated above.

You’re not a serious person Jorge. Run along now troll.

likwidshoe on September 18, 2007 at 03:20 am

georgie, you have failed. Socialism is a failure, so you are a failure.

The Muhadjadeen called Osama a moneyed playboy, and they did not ever take him seriously, they merely took his money. That made him made. So he hired known terrorists and they murdered the real leaders of the Muhadjadeen and installed themselves in power as the Taliban. Again, you failed, you thought you were putting socialists in power to supply you with opium. Wrong.

Tell us, georgie, while your grandfather was away killing women and children with the Nazis how many little Nazi bastards did she give birth to? Other than your Nazi bastard father, that is?

Ironically, a film worthy of Goebels.  Blood libel from Dr. Seuss no less.

You could re-issue it under the imprimatur of Daniel Goldhagen on DVD and sell it along with “Hitler’s Willing Executioners.”

You could colorize it, change every “German” reference to “Arab,” and think it was by Daniel Pipes. Especially the “don’t make friends” part.

I am suprised they didn’t blame Tamburlane and Napoleon on the Germans. How did they miss Ariovistus?

If you are refering to most of the films issued by Hollywood today, I agree.  You can also toss in the rest of the biased liberal media as well.

why blair must be tortured and then killed mericilllessly.

year--1997
Irak is right in demanding ouster of anglo-saxon spies from hollowed Iraki’s soil.In name of uno, and before that leage of friends ,and now Amnesty International, this heyena country called england has installed a lot bof speis all over World and has virtually hijacked Americans to do their domestic and foreign policies for furtherance of british (england’s ) interest than even American ‘s interest.

These days for last few years a lot of Kurdish refugees(who by the way are more aryans than all the europeans combined-though it is irrelevant here)are escaping from Turkey because of Turkish pressure. But nobody has ever stopped Turkey from having her air space nor has anyone bobed them. and why should anyone?Who has given right to a handfull of countries to be a policeman? Could they dare demand such thing at time of so called cold war? Every december, ever since gulf war there is a show of bullying tactics by anglo-saxons in middle east. There is really no ground but excuse is created because this race feels uplifted when others are insultated. Also there is a low cost exercise in bullying any other nation by military postures. Why should Iraq not have weapons as he desires?in 1981, when the israelis had bombed the iraqui nuclear reacto(a few days before going critical) it was britain)govt, and british media) who had vwhemently opposed Israeli daring action and did a lot of anti-jewish propaganda. Atleast Begin had a reason to fear from the arab enemy of israel. even in ‘82 Lebanon war it was britain which was most vociferous in criticizing Isreali militay action at the same time minimizing the Isreali Airforce’s achievement in destroying Bacca’s valley missiles through high tech method. In fact What americans did in gulf war was what Isreali had achieved way back in ‘82 in Lebanon war and America obtained that military know-how from Israelis after Lebanon war. But gulf war is justifiable on basis of military superirity but not Lebanon war. In fact when an american general said that america learned a lot from Israelis’ achievement then the american defense minister Winnberg said that itAmerica learned not from Israeli but from British. Ofcourse we all know that Wnnberg was (awarded sir) more of anbritish defense minister than american one. He was pro-british and anti-jewish (and antirussian and all others aswell). In fact in lebanon war the american foreign secratary was changed because the british did not like Hague’s attitude. This much britain exercises influence in american affairs. Now having installed all the stooges in Arab world britain has discarded her sham veil of Arabists and openly insults(through america ofcouse because on own britain is not even a fourh grade power)the arab world.Talking about the stooge, have you wondered why these days even Yeltsin’s bad health no longer makes any headline news in anglosaxon world? Before any cold that Yeltsin had was niticed and still before that any peon from Russia had a headline news ‘ material. The reaon is simple. Britain has installed in Russia not only a mad man likes yelstin but also a second line of stooge successor to him. After Yelstin usefullness is over then he will be replaced by those second line of british stooge who at the moment are already controlling Russia and destroying her everyday. Democracy ,as understood today, basically means any system which gives free hand to britain to exploit other races. If their is one example of what an evil this so called capitalism is and what a saviour communism(britain does not dislike communism, she dislikes other’s prosperity and independence whether it comes from communism, nationalism or what ever)is: this ruinous example of Russia is the real lesson. China is right to hold on to her nationalistic pursuit. It really is a war between anglo-saxons and the rest of the world. It is a race war.Sooner the rest of the world realizes that better it would be and this danger would be sorted out.

You remember that at the height of cold war in mid 80’s there was a lot of activities of C.N.D. You would expect that with so called cold war finished, this C.N.D. would be asking to the british peoples to leave the nuclear weopons given to her,out of pity and filiaty, by the United states. But exactly opposite happened. C.N.D. has been defunct since than. It is as if that was a front of the british govt. to show by way of propaganda that that country had some moral voice. In other words, C.N.D. was a sham created by the british to give them respectability. Ofcourse when a non-anglosaxon country aould perfect their nuclear weopon,as France rightly did, then there would be a lot of hue and cry by the anglo-saxons’ media. France and china are right in strenghtening their independent military power. The real danger to world comes from england and her anglosaxons agents. France understand that and Germany was a fool in not supporting France in Nato meeting this Summer. Just as Cnd has been proved a sham of british propaganda, more so is the sham which goes by the name of amnesty international. It is interesting that as soon falkland war started, within a few weeks this amnesty international presented a dozier on Argentina. In the same way as soon gulf war started(soon after Iraqui’s intervention in kuwait) the same amnesty international presented a dozier and report on Iraqui’s atrocities. an fact many of the amnesty allegations were just a copy of what british media was saying and which later on proved to be fabrication and great big lies. But bthis did not dent the reputation of amnesty international. british propaganda ensured that. IN ‘88 when Dalia lama,at the height of Tibetan disturbances, visited west, the then british prime minister refused to meet Him. Later on with the demise of Russia and usefullness of China gone and with manipulation to keep power in Hongkong somehow intact, the same british media and government ,like dog, started barking at China. It is interesting that amnesty international selectively targets those very countries(as it did china after cold war) who are out of faviour(because they would not be a brtish sttoge)of the british media and govt. This is not surprizing as amnesty international is the creation of british govt, and british media. england with the most appaling record of human rights in last 200 years of her evil rule, needed some organisation to keep the others from chrging england off her past and current evil practi
