I forget the issue, but this reminds me of early in the Bush administration when a Republican Congressional staffer found a memo on an unprotected server about the Dems plans to coordinate with special interest groups to block something.

This was a smoking gun issue. The Democrats turned the tables (with the yet to be Obamamedia’s full collusion) by claiming that the staffer shouldn’t have looked at what they left open on the network.

They went on the attack and thereby covered up what was an important legitimate question of the Dems ethics.

Here’s the real kick in the nuts:
While he wants to “spread the wealth”, today’s speech had him saying something just the opposite.
While complaining about the program mc cain offers for health care, he pointed out that some of the monies were to be taken from the medicare fund pool.
THen, he said that a person working to have their medicare at the current levels shouldn’t have to share the fund’s money for other health care programs.
So….he wants so spread the wealth but not share the wealth.

No. I am not equating anything. Just ponting that when someone speaks against what you believe, y’all perform the perfect verbal lynching and when someone points it out y’all ask: “Who, me? Never. Because …….”

Joe’s middle name is Joe and everyone calls him Joe. He has been doing this for over ten years and works for a licensed plumber, which makes everything legal. Joe is a real plumber. He is just not a union plumber and the unions don’t like it. Like millions of Americans, he struggles to pay taxes and survive. Don’t worry, the feds will seize his bank account just when his mortgage is due and Joe will pay his taxes.

The thing that makes Obama mad is that he got had by Joe the Plumber. Joe knew that Obama didn’t know how much plumbers make and Joe knew that he wasn’t getting ready to buy a business. He sucked Obama in like a whirlpool in a toilet.

Cindy Sheehan repeatedly called Bush a war criminal, sought his impeachment, went to Venezuela and showered Hugo Chavez with kisses while bad mouthing America.

How is that? Joe asked Barack a question, which was recorded. Since it was interesting viewing, they went back to get his thoughts on it. He has since been a point of interest as the story around him is rather interesting. A normal “Joe” (pardon the pun) stumped a Presidental candidate, and forced him to admit he was a socialist. Since achieving fame, Joe has kept to himself.

Cindy Sheehan’s son died. Like all mothers of dead soldiers, she got to meet with the President, who expressed his condolences. Almost a year later, the lying twat shows up claiming the President owes her a meeting (that she already got). She creates a huge fuss and causes a media circus. Despite her shameful behavior, the right wing media gives her nothing but sympathy. Eventually she gets what she wants, but still won’t go away. She has been a huge media hound ever since (including running for office), feeling that since her son died, we should all give two shits about what her damn-near treasonous ass thinks about every topic under the sun.

There’s no equivalence.

Not one pitiful attempt to demonstrate that raising tax rates either increases revenues or increases economic growth, despite the fact that the population’s historic growth rate is roughly 2% per year. One would almost think that Obama and his petulant progressives really don’t care about economic growth or the state of the nation’s economy. All they care about is punishing those who know better than they do and oppose their policies because of it.

No, instead of addressing the issues raised by an ordinary American, the Left attacks him for his temerity in questioning their obvious ignorance and hypocrisy.

Joe asked a question in his driveway, and except for two interviews in which he was asked, first about his comments, then about being used in the debates, he has kept to himself. He hasn’t sought fame. That’s a HUGE difference.

Joe just asked Barack to think of him. When that was rejected, he went home. Cindy demanded a media circus, and, even after getting what she wanted (which she’d already gotten once before her nonsense), she still wouldn’t go away and shut up. That’s a huge difference.

Cindy got taken advantage by the left and the antiwar movement then savaged by the cons and neocons and everyone in the right wing that had a computer and access to the internet (plenty of evidence on that here on SAB).

Cindy was the instigator, not the anti-war left. They just saw her as a good new face to lead them…briefly. And, if you look, the coverage of Cindy was pretty gentile by the right. Everyone tried to be nice because she lost her son, and, no matter how wrong she was, that should give her a slight pass on criticism. Even Ann Coulter was polite (for Ann). It was only after she repeatedly broke the law, wrote a book saying she wanted to murder the President, tried to get our troops access to medical care blocked, protested in front of hospitals in view of injured troops, and cavorted with Hugo Chavez that we got tired of treated her with kid gloves, and started calling her the anti-American loser that she is.

Joe was at his house, playing football in his own yard, minding his own business when BO thought he could use him. He is an apprentice plumber, and cannot get licensed fully until he has been an apprentice for 5 yrs. He is at 4+ yrs. now. I also go by my middle name, as do my sisters, mother, and children. Family tradition. By the way, as for Cindy Sheehan, she had a rally a few days ago in the extremely liberal Mission district.
