Of Arms and the Law:

President Bush has signed the legislation forbidding firearms confiscations during national emergencies (or at least confiscations by any federal agencies or anyone receiving federal funds, which is about every police agency).

Here’s a post that I did on this subject back in August.  (My account didn’t transfer when Rob upgraded so my old posts are under his name.  You can tell it’s mine by my grammar-bad.)

This new law will stop this from happening again.  That is a GOOD THING.
