Planned Parenthood Ad Features Toddler Touting Abortion

“Ghoulish” isn’t too strong a word, I think, for this ad from the Planned Parenthood PAC. Because, as Allah writes, what the abortion debate needs is more spokes-toddlers, right?

“Please think about me, your daughter,” the kids in the ads ask. They’re talking about the abortion “rights” they may or may not have if certain politicians get their way.

But maybe we should think about how many of those kids wouldn’t be with is if their moms had gotten an abortion.

I’m all for women making their own health decisions. I’m all for contraception (though I think people ought to pay for it themselves, and whether or not it’s covered by insurance ought to be up to the insurance company). But abortion isn’t about women’s health. Abortion is about whether or not it’s legal to end a human life at the very beginning of growth and development.

That’s not a “choice” anyone should get to make.
