Plane That Crashed Into Building In New York Was Piloted By Yankees Pitcher

Weird.

Lidle was put on the bereavement list in August by the Yankees so that he could attend the funeral of his grandmother.  Not sure if that’s pertinent or not though.

Gets my vote for the weirdest story of the year.

Not as weird as the death of Payne Stewart, but up there.

Brings back the Thurman Munson plane crash. But at least we don’t have to worry about a terrorist act.

The plane was a Cirrus which is made in Duluth and Grand Forks.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

It brings bad memories… Anyway, I do hope that New Yorkers are more precautious now. It’s incredible how being proactive and carrying a compact Breath of Life emergency escape mask can save your life in a situation like this.

Mickey,

Are you really so adolescent as to think there’s something humorous about a plane crash that kills people?
